Living a healthy, happy life isn’t always easy.

Our bodies and minds are incredibly complex, and there’s no single miracle cure that can solve all of life’s challenges.

True well-being comes from a combination of moving parts—exercise, proper nutrition, quality sleep, mindfulness, and a thousand smaller habits. But without the right guidance, it can be overwhelming to know where to start.

At KALM, our mission is to provide the education and tools you need to take control of your health and happiness.

But we know firsthand—sometimes life gets so dark that making even the smallest change feels impossible. When you’re in that place, advice like “just exercise more” isn’t enough.

That’s why we start with what works: an incredible supplement designed to help you feel good enough to take that first step.

From there, our vision is to bring together top experts—nutritionists, fitness pros, and mental health practitioners—to guide you further and help cement your wellness journey.

No it is not! CBD is just a small part of hemp just like how potassium is only one part of an avocado – an avocado also has healthy fats, phytochemicals, antioxidants, nutrients, and so much more that come together to make the fruit so beneficial.

Hemp has over 500 different medicinal components and CBD is just one of them.

Since hemp has so much science behind it and a 5000 year old history as a Chinese medicinal herb, many greedy companies have created synthetic “CBD products” to unsuccessfully mimic the benefits of hemp – which is why many “CBD products” don’t work.

Founder's Story

Why did I create KALM?

Me at 17, just months before my first attempt at my own life.

I know what it’s like to feel completely lost.

From a young age, I struggled with severe depression and anxiety—so much so that, on my darkest days, I attempted to take my own life.

In my search for relief, I tried everything— prescription medications, hundreds of supplements, and even fell into addiction to escape the crushing weight of reality.

It hurt more when the “solutions” that were supposed to help either didn’t work, or made things worse.

After years of searching, I realized the solution didn’t exist. So, I decided to create one myself.

Through years of 100+ hour weeks, countless trials, and a mission that kept me going — I created KALM Mind Hack. Something natural and safe where you can actually feel the difference.

This isn’t just another supplement. It’s the product I wish I had during my hardest times. And now, I’m sharing it with the world.

Because no one deserves to go through this – everyone deserves to be healthy and happy.

How was KALM Mind Hack created?

1. The first step was research. I spent 100+ hours per week researching the different components of hemp (phytochemicals, terpenes, polyphenols, antioxidants, phytocannabinoids, etc.) to figure out exactly which ones I wanted in Mind Hack.

2. After compiling the list of components I wanted, the next step was to find the farms. I put together a list of several hundreds of farmers within the United States and just called them one by one. I asked for 3rd party labs, the conditions of the soil, the process of how they grew the herb, etc. – and I narrowed things down to the top 10 farms.

3. Next were the tests. Each farmer has dozens of different families of hemp. By mixing and matching all the potential winners at different ratios and getting constant feedback from friends and family – I was able to narrow things down further to a handful of winning hemp families (there are tens of thousands of families of hemp out there).

4. Finally was the optimization. I now had a starting point with a decent recipe, but I believe a company should always focus on continuous product development. Here, I made smaller adjustments (adding a few degrees at a certain point of the dehydration process, subtracting a few minutes in another section of the process, cooling things down at a faster/slower rate, etc.) and cross-referenced them with lab tests and further customer feedback to improve the quality even further.
